Ace Tax, Inc. was founded by Shawn S. Aini in 2009. Shawn has over 20+ years of experience helping clients with their tax and accounting needs. His experience includes twelve years as a partner at another firm from (1998 to 2009) providing tax and accounting services to individuals and small to mid-sized businesses.
Shawn moved from New Jersey to California in 1991 and has been living in the Bay Area and Tri-Valley ever since. He earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting, from California State University, Hayward and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, at Touro University Int'l a Branch Campus of Touro College, New York. Shawn has been licensed as an Enrolled Agent (E.A.) since 1998, by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He is also an Accredited Business Advisor (A.B.A.) by the Accreditation Council for Accountancy & Taxation.
